  • The Grand Parade steps off at 7:00 PM7 PM step-off from the firehouse on Old Hojack Lane and marches through the village to the carnival grounds.
  • BB Dang, 8:00–11:00 PM on the Zoo stage.

  • Kiddie Parade steps off at 3:00 PM3 PM step-off — line up at the carnival grounds.
  • Midway opens at 3:00 PM with pay-one-price rides until 11:00 PM; the Zoo opens at 6:00 PM.
  • Begging Angels opens the Zoo stage, 6:00–8:30 PM.
  • Tryst closes out the 2026 Carnival, 9:00 PM–Midnight.

Parking

Free parking on the grounds. Handicapped-accessible parking is available near the entrance — Fire Police will direct vehicles.

Supervision

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Carnival FAQ

Is there an admission fee?

Admission is free. Individual ride tickets are priced at the ticket booths, or buy a ride-all-day wristband: $30 Wednesday through Friday, $35 on Saturday.

Can I bring outside food, drinks, or weapons?

No outside food, beverages, or liquids (including sealed bottles) are permitted. Weapons of any kind — firearms, knives, pepper spray — are strictly prohibited. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are permitted on the carnival grounds.

What are the age requirements for the beer tent, live music, and gaming areas?

Guests must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID, checked at the entrance. Wristbands are issued upon verification.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Only in designated smoking areas, including the beer tent and live music area. It is prohibited everywhere else on the grounds.

Are chairs allowed in the Zoo (band tent)?

No, chairs are not allowed in the Zoo unless you have proof of a handicap sticker.

Are bikes, scooters, or e-bikes permitted on the midway?

No — bikes, scooters, and e-bikes are not permitted, and no secure parking is available for them.

Who organizes the carnival, and where do proceeds go?

The Hilton Volunteer Fire Department organizes the carnival each year. All proceeds support the department's operations, equipment, and community safety programs.
